Starting all over again...

Breakfast- Two slices of Cinnamon bread from Sara Lee and I drank a RedLine.
Lunch-Thai Red Curry Chicken with white rice from Shady's New World Grill and a glass of water
Is gonna be rough...But I'm gonna make it :-)
Ok, so my weekly weigh in will be each Wednesday. I'm going to weigh in the morning, NAKED(woohoo!), and see what we come up with. My guesstimate is that I need to lose 30 pounds to put me back at 115, but we'll see. I will also be working out some, as if tending to 3 babies isn't work out enough.

10/10

12:00noon Large Hot Chocolate; Half a ham and roast beef on white and a 20 oz bottled water

7pm Chicken and Rice care of Ant's Mom...Yummy! Also, Some left over pasta from Old Venice.

I know you are noticing that I have not posted all weekend. Well, I fell off the wagon and went to the State Fair. After that I mourned for 3 days by eating whatever I wanted. I cannot bare to write it all down, for I surely will seem like a porker. Now I'm back on track.

THURSDAY WEIGH-IN 10/6

Ok, so at the start of all this, I said that I was going to post my stats weekly. Here goes the first Thursday WEIGH IN! At the beginning of last month I know for a fact that when I weighed on mom and dad's scales, I weighed 144. Now I weigh on the same scales I get 136.5! That's EIGHT POUNDS lost! I have no clue when I lost those pounds, but it's been since 8/28. I know that I actually feel smaller this week. Could be that this little diary is helping me be more conscious. Next week I will weigh again and I will post the results. Good luck to me! ONLY 20 more to go!

Today I was bad...sort of. 9am half of a sausage , egg and cheese croissant and a large hot chocolate. 1pm 1/2 of a ham and turkey on wheat and a peach freeze from Starbucks. 5pm 1/2 of a B-B-Q sandwich that Dad brought to me and a bottled water 7:30 a grilled chicken sandwich from Sonic and a bottled water

10/4

Water makes you pee...The bathroom is my friend. This is my new chant for the day!

I have been trying to drink more water. This is a habbit that I once did pretty good at, and after the storm I stopped. Now I'm back on track, and peeing every 30 minutes. What fun!

11am Junior Whopper with cheese and a 16oz bottle of water.

1pm 1 large hot chocolate

Throughout day thus far (3:30pm) 32 oz. of water. I know I need more, but the peeing is killing me. I wonder if I have a bladded problem? You're supposed to drink half your weight in ounces of water. That's 80oz! Wow! I gotta get this weight off.

5:30pm small portion of leftover bloomin onion and cheese fries with a little left over shake n' bake chicken and green beens. I dipped the onion and fries in ranch, ketchup and onion sauce...and it was good. This is by far the worst admission yet. Maybe next time I'll just NOT EAT IT!

2pm I ate a 6" roast beef and turkey on wheat with a Starbucks Hot Chocolate

7pm I ate a piece of Shake n' Bake chicken, maccaroni and cheese, green beans, and water to drink


Overall, I think I'm getting better.

Ok, so today I had Applebees and Outback.

11am Applebees Grilled Chicken BBQ sandwich, veggies, a few fries with ranch and BBQ sauce. Water to drink

6pm Outback cheese fries and bloomin onion (part, not whole thing) Salad with ranch, Outback Special (Steak) with Sweet Potato Sweet Tea to drink, which I did resweeten.

10/1

In honor of October I will write in Orange all Month!

12noon Sushi rolls at Nagoya and a side salad. I also ate a few bites of Aiden's Tempura Veggies! I drank water with this meal, which is what I should do with all of my meals.

8pm I had shrimp fettuccini alfredo at Old Venice, but I basically only picked out the shrimp because I didn't like it. They were supposed to give me angel hair. I don't care for fettuccini. I drank sweet tea...and again, resweetened.

9/30

12noon1 chicken snacker from KFC, 1 bottle of water

6pm Went to eat at Logan's Roadhouse and ate Mesquite Grilled Chicken with peppercorn parm on a bed of rice with a sweet potato and salad with ranch. I drank sweet tea with lem on wedges...and re-sweetened it again.

9/29

Ok, so to motivate me to curb my eating habits, I'm going to try and keep a diary of everything I intake on a daily basis. Ugh. If I am successful in logging in my meals, I think it will help me see what fatty I am. I will also log any exercise that I choose to partake in. Here goes:

8am 1 chewy chocolate chip granola bar

11:30 1 sweet tea with 2 lemon wedges and 1 sweet n' low, 1 McAllister's Club sandwich, a few jalapeno slices (6-7) dipped in ranch dressing, sun chips *

*If you'll notice, this meal had healthy potenial until I added the ranch and japs, sweet tea and sweet n' low-I really gotta kick that re-sweetening sweet tea habit. And if I eliminate ranch, that'd be good.

5:45pm One cup of chocolate milk

7:15pm One small tray of Stouffer's Lasagna with a bottled water
